Dorado Packaging & Distribution

The Dorado site houses a 21,000 SF packaging operation contains four bottle packaging lines along with three new blister packaging lines, two CP-1200 systems and one CP3. The four bottle lines can fill round and square plastic bottles and filling rates range from 60 to 80 per hour. Several of the packaging lines also have automated inspection and cartoning systems.

The two CP-1200 blister packaging lines include automated vision, weighing and counting systems as well as an integrated cartoner with insert capability.

The Dorado warehouse was expanded in 2002 and is approximately 24,000 SF. With its wide aisles, high ceilings and loading docks, the facility serves as an excellent temperature controlled storage and distribution center.
